What is Boot Camp Fitness?

Boot Camp Fitness combines fat burning, fitness, sports-training, partner training team games and unconventional exercise techniques all in one.. 

Each boot camp session is unique and varied. We work with a variety of equipment, including kettlebells, steps, boxing, resistance bands, agility ladders, tyres, crawling nets, plus lots more.

Everyone exercises to their own ability.

Nutrition advice, including a "ten commandments" handout is part of every boot camp month.

Each boot camp is a four week block. One, two, three or four sessions per week are available to each participant
