Personal Training was established in 2003 by Lee Ashford. Lee is a
“Premier” qualified personal trainer, nutrition advisor, Advanced
Boxercise Instructor and freelance fitness writer.
You
can exercise with confidence with a CRB checked, REPS registered and fully
insured trainer.
Nutrition
reports, fitness programmes and fitness testing are all part of the
service and at no extra cost.
Each
session is fun, varied and tailor made to suit your requirements.
Exercise
at our fully equipped studio, in your own home or in the park - its up to
you! Home visits cover Norfolk and North Suffolk.
