How long does a
session last?
A
session lasts between a minimum of 1 hr – 1 ¼ hrs.
This
time scale is negotiable if more time is required.
What times and days of the week can I train?
Lee
is available seven days a week.
7am – 9pm
Monday to Friday.
7am – 1pm
Saturday & Sunday.
Can I train with a
group of friends?
Yes!
Lee is happy to provide training on a one-to-one and one-to-two or more
basis.
Can I speak to Lee
in person before deciding whether-or-not to go ahead?
Yes!
Lee offers FREE consultations. This consists of an informal chat that
lasts about twenty minutes.
How many times per
week should I train?
This
is entirely up to you. Lee can provide homework programmes for the
days
in-between booked sessions. Remember-the more active you are, the better
the results.
