Why hire Lee as my personal trainer?

Lee Ashford has excellent motivational qualities and provides encouragement, enthusiasm and the will to succeed.

Fun, varied and enjoyable programmes ensure you get the most out of every session.

Lee regularly attends seminars and courses to ensure he keeps up-to-date within the industry.

Your health and safety during a workout session is paramount. Lee will ensure that you stay injury-free whilst reaching optimum performance.

Confidentiality for every client is assured. All details are strictly kept between trainer and client.

Lee is fully insured and police checked.

How long does a session last?

A session lasts between a minimum of 1 hr – 1 ¼ hrs.

This time scale is negotiable if more time is required.

What times and days of the week can I train?

Lee is available seven days a week.

7am – 9pm Monday to Friday.

7am – 1pm Saturday & Sunday.

Can I train with a group of friends?

Yes! Lee is happy to provide training on a one-to-one and one-to-two or more basis.

Can I speak to Lee in person before deciding whether-or-not to go ahead?

Yes! Lee offers FREE consultations. This consists of an informal chat that lasts about twenty minutes.

How many times per week should I train?

This is entirely up to you. Lee can provide homework programmes for the

days in-between booked sessions. Remember-the more active you are, the better the results.
